In 1946 three engineers returning home from World War II, recognized a need for quality machinery to
cater for the post war-building boom. They set about designing and manufacturing
quality machinery that was built to last; many of these earlier Dyco machines
are still in use today.
As time went on the range of machines developed and modernized
as newer and better production methods emerged. With the philosophy of quality,
service and pride in the products, Dyco has developed a strong following. Dyco
machines are used extensively in professional workshops, home workshops and
school classrooms.
Over the years Dyco has successfully exported machines into Australia, South
Africa and the Pacific Islands. Today the family owned company
involving two generations of engineers produces a range of first class machinery
and are actively growing export markets around the world.
