Dyco makes every effort to assure that our
products are of high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the
original consumer/purchaser of our products that each product is free from
defects in material and workmanship.
A two year limited warranty applies on all products in this catalogue
unless specified otherwise.
This warranty does not apply to defects due directly to misuse,
negligence or accidents, repair or alterations outside Dyco service
facilities, or to lack of maintenance.
Dyco shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to
persons or property arising from the use of our products.
To take advantage of the warranty, the product must be returned
postage/freight prepaid to a Dyco service dealer. Proof of
purchase date and explanation of the complaint must accompany the product.
The Dyco dealer will repair the product to as new standard.
